当代《周易》管理思想研究述评 谢金良胡劼辰 (复旦大学中文系;上海;200433) 摘要:近二十年来,《周易》管理学逐渐兴起,本文旨在以学术观点为线索,对此作简要的 述评。第一部分侧重阐述古典管理学概念下的《周易》管理理论,分别讨论了管理主体(包 括主体本身的素养以及与客体的关系)和管理手段(包括计划、组织、指挥、协调和控制)。 第二部分侧重阐述《周易》管理哲学,以及其对现代中国管理学的影响,分别从《周易》作 为管理哲学的合法性和《周易》对管理哲学的建设性进行探讨。通过对这些学术成果的总结 与回顾,本文认为当代《周易》管理思想仍旧停留在认识论和方法论的层面,在未来应当加 深对作为本体论的《周易》的认识 关键词:《周易》管理学管理哲学本体论 Review to the research on Managerial Ideas of the Book of Change of the Time Xiejinliang Hujiechen Abstract: The management of the Book of Change has been rising during the recent twenty years This paper, which is based on the academic viewpoint, focuses on the primary review of achievements. The first section mainly introduces managerial ideas of the book of Change under the concept of classical principles of management. The discussion refers to both managerial ubject, which concludes the quality of the subject and its relationship with the object, and the methods of management including planning organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling The second section mainly discusses the managerial philosophy of the Book of Change and its impacts on modern Chinese principles of management. It involves the validity of the Book of Change's being managerial philosophy and the contributions made by the Book of Change to the managerial philosophy.
