This extract was taken from a lecture entitled Questionnaire design and attitude management.The lecturer looks at different ways of collecting data for market research,i.e.,getting people's opinions about products, or information about their habits,e.g.,their shopping habits. In this extract,the lecturer talks about four different methods of collecting data and the advantages or disadvantages of those methods.
