平面折展柔顺机构(lamina emergent mechanisms,LEMs)的重要组成部分之一是柔性铰链,因此设计新型的平面折展扭转铰链(lamina emergent torsional joint,LET)能够对其运动起到十分关键的作用.本文提出了一种打通型LET柔性铰链,设计了打通型双串联柔性铰链和打通型三串联柔性铰链的两种结构形式,分别推导出了两种铰链的弯曲等效刚度计算公式.通过对设计实例的理论分析与有限元分析,验证了等效刚度计算公式的正确性.将外形尺寸相同的打通型双串联、三串联柔性铰链与外LET铰链进行了弯曲以及拉压性能的对比,结果表明,打通型三串联LET柔性铰链在拉压性能下降不明显的情况下,能够较大幅度地提升弯曲性能
