INTRODUCTION 我国古代《黄帝内经》中记载:“诸血皆属 于心”,“经脉流行不止,环周不休”。 1628年,英国医生 William Harvey(578-1658) 《 De motu cordis》心血管生理学的创始人。 46年后, Marcello malpighi(1628-1694)观察 到蛙肺中的毛细血管,完善了 Harvey所提 出的血液循环理论。 英格兰著名生理学家 Stephen hales(1677761) 血流动力学的创始人

Plasma proteins Plasma protein: 60-80g/L Albumin:40-50g/L(分子量较小,浓度最高) Globulin:20-30g/L(αa1、a2-、β-、y- globulin) Fibrinogen:(分子量最大,浓度最低) 白蛋白球蛋白比值降低,临床上提示肝脏疾患 Serum(plasma without fibrinogen)
