本课程的目的《中国古代文学》是为了汉语语言文学系本科专业学生全面深入的掌握中国古代文学所设的专业课。它的任务是通过教学与实践，一方面，提高学生对中国古代文学的各文学种类的阅读、理解、欣赏、会通的能力，为进一步理解、融会博大精深的中国文化打下扎实的基础。另一方面，通过中国古代文学课的学习，扩大文学阅读，提高文学鉴赏力，增强文章写作功底，培养爱国情操和人文修养，增强学生的基本素质，以适应未来发展的需要
