利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,针对SPCD冷轧板冲压制品中的桔皮缺陷的成因进行分析,探讨了晶粒取向可能对桔皮产生的影响.结果表明:铁素体晶粒过度粗大是导致冲压件表面产生桔皮缺陷的根源;{111}织构强度较弱和较大冲压量是加剧桔皮产生的两个因素.桔皮自由表面由平缓区和粗糙区组成,两个区域均显现以{112}〈110〉与{111}〈110〉为主导的取向特征,表明表面形貌与晶粒取向的对应性不显著,表面接触状况不同是造成这种形貌差异的主要原因
