In the past three years working in Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute as a consultant,driven by the strong passion,dedication and energy,I have dedicated to more than 30 projects,including the 12th five-year plan,and won the highest consultant prize in electric power industry.The most challenge but fruitful experience was stakeholder management in large consulting projects.As a main coordinator in 12th five-year plan project,I need to manage highly complicated relationship among stakeholders,include different departments of client,numerous subsidiaries of client,internal departments,agencies and cooperate consultant companies (who are competitors in other projects),etc.I deeply investigated the requirements,benefits,barriers and leveraged my personal impact on the key stakeholders.Finally,the stakeholder management was very successful,we obtained following related contracts and had further cooperation with agencies and other consulting companies. I showed strong analytic power during my research experience.I originally used data mining and artificial intelligence to analyze human behavior in energy consumption and developed a decision support system. I achieved Bachelor degree in science,Master degree in Engineering,PhD degree in Management.The multi-disciplinary background gave me multi-angle perspectives,which help me comprehensively understand problems and avoid biases.
