以德兴铜矿矿石为实验物料,采用均匀设计法确定散体渗流实验方案,在自制多功能浸出实验台架上进行水平和垂直渗流实验,实验结果采用SPSS统计软件进行回归分析.结果表明:垂直向下的渗流系数最大,其次为水平方式,垂直向上的渗流系数最小;均质体各向异性系数变化范围为1.38~6.73,平均值为4;粗粒含量P5在35%~60%之间以及含泥量在1%~5%之间,散体的渗流系数变化呈先升后降现象;渗流系数与孔隙率呈幂函数关系,随孔隙率增大而上升;孔隙率随0.1~0.2 mm的物料含量增加而下降,随10~8 mm和8~4 mm含量之积增大而上升;渗流指数m与雷诺数Re之间存在幂函数关系,对于判定渗流状态两者是一致的;西源排土场水平渗流系数为3.68×10-2m·s-1,垂直渗流系数为1.51×10-2m·s-1

从理论上导出了CaO-Fe2O3混合层内反应初期铁酸钙生成的动力学模型:1-k1(1-k2BRv)2/3-k2(1+k1BRv)2/3=(2k1Mf/ρfrf2)·DcΔCt。其中k1=(ρf-ρcf)/(ρf-ρc),k2=(ρcf-ρc)/(ρf-ρc),B=1+Mcρfm/Mfρc。经1160℃和1190℃下的基础实验表明,模型与实验数据吻合很好,同时得到该两温度水平下氧化钙在铁酸一钙有效扩散系数分别为4.34×10-9cm/s和2.32×10-8cm/s

通过分析水平气力输送系统悬挂式电子称量装置的固体物料输送量记录曲线,判定了输送状态的稳定性.进而提出了中细颗粒(ds ≤ 0.5mm)、高混合比(μs=30~150)、水平低速(ug<15m/s)输送临界速度的经验关联式

Being aimed to developing intermetallic base structural materials to be worked at above 1000℃, a systematic investigation has been performed of the fundamental crystallographic structure, phase constitution map, density-composition dependence, oxidation resistance and general mechanical behaviour for the ternary intermetallic alloys in the Nb-Ti-Al system.
