My RFID topic and research plan 周剑鸣5090309542 My topic of the RFID report is the applications of RFID on automobile logistic process,which includes inventory,distribution and other crucial elements.In order to conduct a deep research and write a good report,I have come up with the following plan and steps: 1.I will watch the videos about RFID as carefully and completely as possible so that I can find enough background knowledge and details of RFID to conduct my further research and analysis. 2.I may also look into various kinds of reference books and internet websites to find more useful information and details,especially those practical cases which are closely related to the theme of my report.:the applications of RFID on automobile logistic process. 3.After I finish collecting information,I will try to give a brief summery about RFID,which may include the following contents:what is RFID;what are the functions and operating principles;what are the current applications of RFID etc. All these contents,as basic as they are,can be quite important for us to fully understand RFID and do further research. 4.Then I will study the cases about the applications of RFID on automobile logistic process carefully and pick out some typical ones for my further analysis.I will find out how does RFID influence and improve certain parts of the logistic process and why. 5.I know that the application of RFID on the whole automobile logistic process is still limited due to different reasons.The full implementation of RFID technology will take many years and many companies refuse to use RFID because of its high cost.At mean time,more advanced services and tasks and can be developed from the current logistic process and the application of RFID can be further extended. So in conclusion,I will focus on these current problems and limitations.Based on what I have learnt,I will try to give answers to the following questions: (1)How can we improve RFID itself and adapt it to the practical logistic process? (2)What advanced services can be developed from the current process and how can RFID technology be applied to such services. (3)The future of RFID applications. Week 7 &8:Finishing,polishing and submitting the research report
