用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和热重!差示扫描量热方法表征了矿渣胶凝材料的水化产物和微观结构,研究了矿渣胶凝材料对尾砂固结过程的影响.微观实验结果表明:矿渣胶凝材料的水化产物主要为水化硅酸钙凝胶(C-S-H)、钙矾石(AFt)及少量的帕水钙石(Ca2Al4Si4O15(OH)2·4H2O)和沸石类矿物,随着养护时间的延长,矿渣胶凝材料在水化过程中发生晶体结构重组和重排;尾砂中的方英石、云母和碳酸盐类矿物(方解石、白云石等)是尾砂固结过程中的活性成分,能生成其他晶体矿物和胶凝状矿物,这是导致固结体微观结构不同的主要原因

采用固相反应法合成了LiFePO4正极材料。在20mA/g的电流密度下进行恒电流充放电,比容量可以达到135mAh/g。为了改进LiFePO4的性能,提高其高倍率性能,尝试了两种途径并合成出Li(Fe0.8Mn0.2)PO4和LiFePO4/C。低倍率充放电实验得出的两个样品的比容量分别可达到145mAh/g和144mAh/g,而且表现出了良好的循环性能和平坦的电压平台。以上两种方法制备出的材料均具有较好的高倍率性能

本文采用正交设计及方差分析法,对获取良好TRIP效应的Si、Mn系低碳低合金钢化学成分及热处理工艺进行了优化.结果表明:化学成分为0.28%C-1.62%Si-1.09%Mn的钢,经等温淬火工艺790℃×4min→400℃×3min处理后,获得最佳综合机械性能,强塑积达322.33MPa·%
