What is space order?(概念) When you describe a place, you have to, first at all, decide on the order in which to name the different parts or details. In other words, you have to find out the space relationships among these materials and arrange them accordingly. Then determine your point of view by asking you such questions as"Where am I located? or" From where am I going to describe the scene? After that determine your purpose for, with your purpose in mind, you are ready to compose a topic sentence with a controlling idea In the following example, the writer is supposed to an American veteran who has returned to childhood home. His purpose is to show that the scene has not changed from the slow pace of his childhood.
