Dissect the root of the neck 1. Cut the sternoclavicular joint with the scaple 2. Saw the clavicle at the juncture of mid 1/3 and lat. 1/3, of the clavicle separate the infraclavius and remove cutted clavicle 3. Dissect the root of the neck 1. Cut the sternoclavicular joint with the scaple. 2.
