Low speed: the current value(I)↑→ Temperature (T)↑ additional resistance value(R)↑→the primary current(I) ↓ prevent ignition coil overheating; High speed: I ↓→T ↓→R ↓→the primary current drop less , ensure Ignition system can supply strong high voltage, avoid misfire.
