成型零件 Moulding components 1.构建热塑件 Build hot parts ·使用特征->缩放比例,常用ABS收缩率:1.005; 2.构建模芯 Build mould inserts. ·使用曲面->等距曲面(距离为0)抽取塑件外表面/內表面; ·使用曲面->平面区域等命令填补缺口面 使用曲面->平面区域建立型腔型芯外围压紧配合面; ·使用曲面->缝合曲面将以上所有面缝合成整张曲面; 使用拉伸命令将型腔/型芯外围轮廓拉伸出方料 ·使用切除->使用曲面,利用整张曲面截切方料得到型腔 /型芯 3设置浇注系统与顶针孔 Setup feeding systen& ejector pin holes 4.分割模芯 Divide up mould inserts
