Finally, students should master something in enzyme catalysis in organic media and some common, useful industrial enzymes 三、教学方法与手段 本课程采用多媒体教学手段进行课堂讲授,辅以读写议等方法。 四、教学内容与要求 Chapter 1: Fundamentals of enzyme kinetics Students should master: the mechanism of enzyme action and the simple kinetics of enzyme action. Students should understand enzyme inhibition and effect of pH and temperature on Key point of this chapter: the simple kinetics of enzyme action Difficult point in this chapter: Determination of Vmax and K, Chapter 2 Enzyme preparation and purification Students should master the main useful methods of preparation and purification of enzymes Students should understand screening methods of enzymes and measurements of enzyme activity Key point of this chapter: the main useful methods of preparation and purification of enzymes, such as cell breakage, use of lytic methods, filtration, and chromatography Difficult point in this chapter: affinity chromatography Chapter 3 Enzyme Immobilization Students should master: the methods of enzyme immobilization and kinetics of immobilized enzyme.
