测绘大作业的目的和任务 Objective and task: 进行大型(测绘)作业的目的是综合运用工程制图课程的知识进行比较系统的制 图实践其目的是使学生理论联系实际掌握部件测绘的工作程序及技能问题,熟悉装 配图及零件图的表达方案的选择,合理地标注尺寸合理编写零件图的技术要求为后 续的课程设计及毕业设计打下良好的基础。 The project offers students an opportunity of systematical practice of engineering drawing. The objective is to teach students skills and methods of part mapping. By the project, students should master how to select representation methods of detail drawing and assembly drawing and be able to dimension and mark technical requirement correctly. The project prov ides theoretical and practical bases for course designs and graduation designs in mechanical engineering 二、测绘大作业的内容 contents 1零件的测绘 Part Mapping 典型零件的测绘:测绘轴、齿轮、螺纹等零件 Mapping of common parts: map shafts, gears, screw thread etc 铸造零件的测绘:测绘支架、砂轮头架或喷洒机阀体等零件,完成零件图(A2#) 张 Mapping of casting parts: map brackets, grind ing wheel heads or valves in spray machines and finish a 2# detail drawing 2由零件图画出装配图 Draw an assembly drawing by detail drawings 根据平口钳的示意图和零件图画出它的装配图(A2#)一张。 Finish an assembly drawing by sketches and detail drawings of a flat nose clamp 3装配图拆画零件图 Interpreting and Separating Assembly Drawings 根据千斤顶装配图,拆画零件2螺套的零件图(A4#)一张。 Complete detail drawings of a screw thread insert by an assembly drawing of a jack 三、测绘大作业的基本要求 basic requirements 1绘图量 numbers of drawings (1)零件图2张以上(至少要有一个铸件)。 Number of detail drawings: 2 (includes one casting part at least) (2)装配图1张 Number of assembly drawings: 1 2基本要求 basic requirements (1)投影正确,视图选择和配置适当 Drawings should have correct projections, properly selected and arranged views (2)尺寸标注正确、完整、清晰、基本合理、字体工整 Dimensions are complete, clear and reasonable, Hand writings are neat

The project provides theoretical and practical bases for course designs and graduation designs in mechanical engineering. 二、测绘大作业的内容 contents 1.零件的测绘 Part Mapping 典型零件的测绘:测绘轴、齿轮、螺纹等零件 Mapping of common parts: map shafts, gears, screw thread etc. 铸造零件的测绘:测绘支架、砂轮头架或喷洒机阀体等零件,完成零件图(A2) 一张。 Mapping of casting parts: map brackets, grinding wheel heads or valves in spraying machines, and finish a 2# detail drawing. 2.由零件图画出装配图 Draw an assembly drawing by detail drawings 根据平口钳的示意图和零件图画出它的装配图(A2)一张。 Finish an assembly drawing by sketches and detail drawings of a flat nose clamp. 3.装配图拆画零件图 Interpreting and Separating Assembly Drawings 根据千斤顶装配图,拆画零件 2 螺套的零件图(A4)一张。 Complete detail drawings of a screw thread insert by an assembly drawing of a jack. 三、测绘大作业的基本要求 basic requirements 1.绘图量 numbers of drawings (1) 零件图:2 张以上(至少要有一个铸件)。 Number of detail drawings: > 2 (includes one casting part at least) (2) 装配图:1 张 Number of assembly drawings: 1 2.基本要求 basic requirements (1)投影正确,视图选择和配置适当; Drawings should have correct projections, properly selected and arranged views. (3)图面整洁、图线分明、图样画法符合机械制图国家标准; Drawings should be tidy with clear lines and correct representations consistent wi national mechanical drawing standards (4)在制造工艺结构和装配工艺结构方面尽可能结合生产实际 Manufacturing and assembly process structures should satisfy practical engineering requirements (5)技术要求(尺寸公差、形位公差、表面粗糙度、材料、热处理等)可参照同类 型的生产图样或有关手册进行类比确定 Technical requirements(size tolerance, geomtric tolerance, surface roughness codes, material, heat treatment, etc. )can be spec ified by referring to engineering drawings of the same type and related design manuals (6)零件草图应按目测徒手绘出,但内容要完整,投影关系要正确; Sketch should be finished by eyeballing and freehand with complete contents and correct projections (⑦)根据给定的轴、齿轮、螺纹进行测绘,正确地使用测绘工具,计算出有关尺 寸,如螺距、齿轮的有关参数等,画出零件草图,编写技术要求,绘制正规零件图; Dimensions and parameters are calculated for given shafts, gears and screw threads, and then sketches are completed Then technical requirements are compiled and detail drawings are finally finished (8)在画装配图之前,必须对所画的平口钳有全面的认识,即要充分了解它的工 作原理、结构特点,并仔细阅读已给定的一套零件图,想象出每个零件的形状:根 据平口钳的示意图,找出各个零件的装配关系;并按画装配图的步骤进行,完成全 图 Complete information of the flat nose clamp, work principles and structures for ample, should be obtained before starting its assembly drawings.
