(3)收款人payee 有三种填法： ◆限制性抬头：如；pay to A Com.only ◆来人抬头：pay to the bearer. ◆指标性抬头：pay to the order of A Com. 在实务操作过程中，常见的填法是： Pay to the order of+++bank (Negotiating bank)
