To supply students with opportunities to practice their basic language skills. Time Allocation and Teaching Procedure: About 4 sessions (8 class hours) are needed for this unit. 1 st session 1. Duty report Ask 3 students to do duty reports 2. Language structures Learn the words, phrases and sentence patterns that are often used in subjunctive mood, e.g. if only, would rather, for fear that, lest, in case. Learn to use “hardly.when”.
