It is important to note that the discus is not gripped in any way. The discus is hold in such a way that it tests flat upon the palm of the up-turned, hrowing hand with the finger-tips spread evenly around its rim, merely cradle it. (1) students do the delivery action 1.carry the exercise pole requirement: ① rotate and drive right knee inward ② you must be braced your left leg. ③ Throw arm, trunk and head don’t move. (2) students do ten delivery action 1_2. carry the exercise pole. Requirement: after get the delivery action 1 ① drive right leg ② fix your left tip and rotate your right hip ③ your hips pull your shoulders rotation forward ④ throw arm must be stay back ⑤ you get facing throw preparing action (3) students do the delivery action 2,do action 3,drive lege,push chest,fix left shoulder,right shoulder pull throw arm.. (4) students do the delivery drill carrying the exercise pole. (5) Students throw discus by standing throw
