Laughter A famous Chinese saying tells us that"a serving of hearty laughter makes you feel ten years younger. " Those of you familiar with English proverbs may know there is a similar saying in that language: Laugher is the best medicine These statements may actually be scientifically true. According to a recent study by American cardiologists at the University of Maryland, laughter, along with an active sense of humor, can hel protect people against a heart attack
