Different from the previous history of Marxist philosophy narrative, this course is based on the practice of Chinese road creation, the transformation of the Chinese civilization. The development of Chinese Marxist philosophy is both as the sinicization of Marxist philosophy and also as a new stage of the modern Chinese philosophy. The characteristics and focus of this course lie in: firstly, taking the historical destiny of the Chinese nation in 1840 as the starting point, combined with Marx and Engels' relevant discourse on China, to explore the historical transition from the Westernization movement to the founding of the Communist Party of China, to explore the development of Chinese Marxist philosophical research. Secondly, according to the four historical stages of the road to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, take revolution, construction, reform and rejuvenation as the key words, interpret the theme of The Times and theoretical focus of Chinese Marxist philosophy, to understand philosophical theory in practical creation, and to reflect on practical creation with philosophical theory.
