The Standard Number Depended On Y、YD、YS系列三相异步电动机生产依据的标准分别是JB/T10391-2008《Y系列(IP44)三相异步电动机技术条件》:JB/T7127-1993《YD系列(IP)变极多速三相异步电动机技术条件(机座号 80-280)》:JB/T1009-2007、Q/WXM007-2009《Y系列三相异步电动机技术条件》 The standard which the products are depended on are JB/T10391-2008(The technology condi-tions of Y(IP44)-triphase Asynchronous): JB/T7127-1993<The Technology Conditions of YD(P44)-Pole Changing control triphase Asynchronous)and JB/T1009-2007, Q/WXM007-2009 KYS-Triphase Asynchronous technology Conditions) 2、主要特点与适用范围 2. The Characteristics and scope for using Y系列三相异步电动机为全国练一设计产品。一九八一年定型生产,具有效率高,噪音低振动小、可靠性高等特点。适用于不含易燃、易爆、腐蚀性气体的一般场合、广泛应用于矿山机械、食品机械、农业机械、金属切削机床等行业。 Y-triphase Asynchronous is designed by nation. It is usable in the place without in flammable, explosive and corrosive gas and used well in mineral machinery, food machinery, agricultural machinery and metal-cutting machine. YD系列变极多速三相异步电动机是Y系列电动机的电气派生产品。变极调速采用单绕组极幅调制法,三速和四速采用双绕组和极幅调制的混合方案。由于具有随负载性质的要求而分级的变化转速,从而达到功率的合理匹配和简化变速系统的特点,被各式万能、组合、专用切削机床以及矿山、冶金、纺织、印染、化工、农机等需要逐级调速的各种传动机构广泛采用 YD-pole-changing control triphase asynchronous is the derived product of Y-motors The pole changing control is designed with pole amplitude modulation and single winding. Assembling and using 6.1、电动机使用前应测量定子绕组对地及绕组相互间的绝缘电阻,若绕组的绝缘电阻值按绕组额定电压计算低于1M9/kV时,必须对绕组进行烘干处理,直到绝缘电阻符合要求为止 do. 6. 1 Before you use the electric motor, you must measure the insulation resistance of the stator winding to the ground and windings. If the rated voltage of windings'insulation resistance is lower than IMQ/KV ou must dry the windings until the insulation resistance is suitable to the con 6.2、电动机应按其结构形式正确安装,电动机的轴伸直径出厂前已精磨至标准公差尺寸,因此要求用户所配套的皮带轮或其他配套零件的内径尺寸一定要按国家标准推荐的优先配合公差进行磨削或铰削加工。安装时,用手推入或榔头轻敲至轴伸台即可,严禁用锤猛击,否则将损坏电动机的零件,造成电动机不能正常工作。 6. You must assemble the electric motor according to the instruction typies. The shaft's diameter of the motor must be grinded according to the standard size of allowable drror. So the customers will grind or cut processing according to the national standard difference with complete leather belts or else parts. When you assemble it you may push the shaft lightly not use the hummar to hit it or you will demage the parts △6.3、为确保设备和人身安全,在电动机通电前,请务必把接地导线连接到电动机的接地螺钉上(见符号⑨),并正确接地。接地导线应采用铜导线,其截面积随电动机功率地增加而相应增大。小功率电动机接地线的截面积应不小于1平方毫米。 A 6.3In order to ensure the person's safe, you must connect the earth conductor to the landing screw(Look at the mark(@). The across area of little power motors should be not less than I square mm 6.4、电动机外接导线的选用 6. sElecting of the electric motors's outside conductor wire 为有效保证电动机的正常行应选择合适截面积的外接电源导线。选择导线截面积过小会造成电动机不能正常起动或负载运行导线发热而浪费电能,选择导线截面积过大则造成投资成本过高。外接导线(铜线)的选择原则是 In order to ensure the motor working usually you should select suitable cross area power conductor wire. (5)如果外接电源导线为铝质,其截面积为上述推荐相应导线截面积的1.6倍 (5)If the wire is made by aluminium, the cross area is 1.6 time of copper (6)频繁起动的电动机外接导线截面积的选配,因其使用环境及条件的不同,用户可按实际情况选配 (6)If the motors start oftenly,its wire across area which you select should be according ot different environment and conditions 6.5、电动机接线 6.cOnnecting the wire of the electric motor 6.5.1、Y、Y系列电动机的绕组引出线数目为6根,YD系列双速、三速及四速电动机的绕组引出线数目分别为6、9及12根 6. 5. 1 There are six lines of Y YS's winding for out. There are six lines, 9 lines and 12 lines of double sqeed, three-speed and four-speed of YD 6.5.2、对照电动机接线板的接线符号接入相应相序的三相电源,电动机的旋转方向从轴伸端视之为顺时针方向,任意对调三相电源线中的二根,电动机可改变转向 6.5.2 You will connect into the three-phase power according to the mark in the terminal block. The direction of motor's revolving is clockwise from the shaft stretch end. If you change any two lines in the triphase, the motor'sdirection will be changed 6.6、按接线指示图要求接好电源线(YD系列电动机要按接线指示图要求连接好各绕组引出线) 外接额定电压,进行电动机空载试运行。注意:大极比S3(周期)工作制的电动机空载运行时间不宜过长,观察电动机是否有异常现象,否则应迅速断电检查,故障排除后方可运行。 6.6 You should connet the power line well according to the figure( You should connect the out lines of YD-motor's windings according to the figure). You should connect the out rated voltage to make the motor working unload. Note: The big pole is not over longer thanS3(action cycle )motor. You can observe than if the motor is unusual, or you must cut the electricity power and examine it. A fter the trouble is lost. the motor can be work 6.7、电动机的控制 6. The control of electic motor 6.7.1、大功率电动机起动电流大,用户可根据实际情况及需要选用适宜的起动方法减轻对电网的冲击 acc 6. 7. 1 Because the current is very large of big power motor, you should select suitable way to start ording to the fact, so that you can lighten the impact to the power net work 6.7.2、YD系列变极多速异步电动机是利用换接引出线的方法来控制转速变化的。为保证多速电动机的运行可靠性,设计和操作控制装置时,应注意以下三点:①在高速切换为低速时,必须在切断电源的同时,断开2Y接线的中性点,以兔在低速绕组接通时引起电源短路。②在高速切换为低速的过程中,必须待电动机停转后,才能接通低速绕组的电源,以减少对电动机及负载的冲击。③ 转速切换,要注意电动机的转向 6.7.2YD-pole-changing control asynchronous motors can control the rotation chang-ing depended on changing the out wires In order to ensure the reliability of changing control motors, you should note following: (1)When the high speed is switched over lower speed, you must cut the netural point of 2Y as same time as cutting the power or there will be short circuit in low-speed windings.(2)When the high speed Is switched over low speed, you connect the power of low-speed windings after stop the motor, in order to reduce the impact to the motor and load. (3)When the rotation as swtiched, you must note the direction of he motor 7、维护和保养 7. Maintance and service 7.1、电动机应定期检查和清扫,外表面不得堆积尘土。严禁用水龙头喷刷电动机外表面 4. 7. 1 You must inspect and clean the motor periodly should not to spray the outside of the motor with 7.2、电动机负载运行时,风罩进风口、机麻外表面严禁物体覆盖,以利干申动机有效散热。 7. When the motor is working load, not cover the air intake of the fan and base outside w anythings, so that the motor will be heat radiation 7.3、对较大功率的电动机应装电流表、电压表来监视负载电流和电源电压的变化情况。负载电流不允许超过额定值,尤其是在电源电压低于额定值的95%以下时,如果电动机仍保持额定输出功率,电动机的输入电流会显著增加,温升迅速升高。如果电流保护装置未及时动作,就可能烧坏电动机

7.3 There should be current meter and voltage meter with the big power-rate motors, in order to observe the changing of current and voltage. The load current is not allowed over the rated value, especial the voltage lower than 95% of rated value. If the motor can keep the rated out power, the in current of the motor will be added, and the temperature will be higher, If the current protecting equipments are not work in time, the motor can be damaged. 7.4、保持电动机各紧固件处于紧固状态。 7.5、电动机在额定条件下运行时,轴承温度不超过95℃,定子绕组最高温升不超过 7.5 When the motor works under the rated conditions, the bearing's temperature will be not over 95C and the highest temperature of stator windings are not cover follow (1)E级绝缘75K 阻法);65K(温度计法) (1)E-grade insulation 75K(resistance), 65K(temperature) (2)B级绝缘80K 且法);85K(温度计法) (2)B-grade insulation 80K (resistance), 70K(temsy (3)F级绝缘100K(电阻法);85K(温度计法 (3)F-grade insulation 100K(resistance), 85K(temperature) 7.6、轴承运行每半年检查、清洗一次,更换润滑脂。E级、B级绝缘的电动机,选用2#中小型电机润滑脂,F级绝缘的电动机选用1#锂基润滑脂或钙钠基润滑脂,加注量为轴承内腔容积的1/2(2 极)、或2/3(4极及以上)。若轴承间隙过大或电动机定子、转子扫膛、应更换相应规格型号的Z1级低噪声电动机轴承。 7.6 You should inspect and clean the bearing one time every half year and change the grease. You should select 2 #t middle motor's grease for E-grade and B-grade insulation motors and 1# Li-greass or ca-grease for F-grade. The quantity you fill into it will bel/2(2 pole)or 2/3(over 4 pole)of inside bearing. If he interval of between the beatings or the stators and rotors of the motor is friction. you should exchange relevant ZI-grade low moise motor's bearing 7.7、电动机若发生故障,用户不要对其进行拆卸。请及时与我公司设在当地的经销商联系维修事宜 7.7If the motor is in trouble, you will not disassemble it, please contact our company soon 包装、运输及贮 8. Package Transportation and Storage 包装依用户而定,采用纸箱、木箱、不包装等。 8.I Packa It will be accordance with the customer's request to pack the product with paper boxes wood boxes or 电动机的运输形式多样,但无论如何都应保证在整个运输过程中,电动机不受伸不磕碰, 外观整洁,零件不发生碎裂、损坏等现象。否则应及时与我公司联系,进行有偿更换或修理。 8. tRansportation There are many kinds of transportation. But whatever you should keep the motor dry, its shaft arm safe and outside clean and you ensure the part not broken and damaged, or you must contact with our company soon, and exchange or repair them with payment 8.3.1、电动机的贮存场所应保持干燥、通风、无腐蚀性气体,避兔环境温度的急剧变化,严 8.3S 禁与腐蚀性物品堆放在一起 cha, 8.3. 1The motors should be stored in the place of dry, airing without corrosive gas AvoldIng the angingly temperature Don't put them with corrosive things together. 8.3.2、电动机贮存不可倒置,不易堆积过高 83 2The motors will not be placed upside down and put together over high 9. The Quality Ensured period 在用户按使用说明书的规定正确使用与贮存的情况下,我公司保证电动机在开始使用的年内或自我公司起运的日期不超过2年的时间内能良好运行,如在此规定的时间内,电动机因制造质量不良而损坏或不能正常工作,我公司将为用户包修、包退、包换一Nn2 years.
