II.Basic Requirements for Teaching This course explains the material selection principles of product design with a lot of practical cases.analyzes the limitations of processing process on product design. introduces the different characteristics of different processing processes;and students are required to consciously consider the production feasibility when design 三、教学内容及要求 1,材料与设计的关系、质感设计、绿色设计等基础知识 2.常见材料的物理化学特点,包括外观、性能、加工特性,要求能够正确选择材料。 3.常见材料的加工技术,要求能够考虑加工技术的限定。 4.材料工艺与设计的关系,要求学生有综合成本意识。 III.Topic and Requirements 1.The relationship between materials and design,texture design,green design and other basic knowledge 2.The physical and chemical characteristics of common materials,including appearance,performance,and processing characteristics,require the correct selection of materials 3.The processing technology of common materials requires that the processing technology be considered 4.The relationship between material process and design requires students to have a comprehensive cost consciousness 四、课程建设与改革(含教学思想、教学方法、教学手段) IV.Curriculum Construction and Reform(including teaching ideas,teaching methods,and teaching actions) 教学思想:重点掌握常见材料的使用,同时掌握各种其通用物理化学性能与 与常规制作工艺,在设计实践中体现材料与工艺的特点: Teaching ideas:Focus on mastering the use of common materials,and mastering the various general physical and chemical properties and conventional production processes.reflecting the characteristics of materials and processes in the design practice 教学方法:由任课教师拟订教具使用计划,并提前报教具室准备,教师应准 备教学范例、参考书目、幻灯及多媒体课件等教学相关资料: Teaching methods:The teacher should draw up the teaching aids demand list and 2
