Flood waters are finally falling in Maine.The Saint John River crested at a record of 30 feet in Fort Kent.That's about 5 feet above flood stage.Flood is still widespread on both sides of the Canadian border.More than 100 homes are flooded and hundreds of people had to flee.The river never spilt over a major levee sparing the downtown area
