As a science, jurisprudence is moulded by the classics, which determine the academic quality of jurisprudence and represent the spiritual world that jurisprudence has ever reached. A legal person who has not read the classics of jurisprudence and lacks a deep understanding of the classics will be in danger of downgrading jurisprudence to a kind of technology.
